Rebekah is a healthcare actuary with the San Diego office of Milliman, Inc. She has worked in the actuarial profession since 1997, providing consulting services to insurers and plan sponsors. Her health plan experience includes designing plans, Medicare Advantage and commercial health plan pricing, utilization and cost benchmarking, and projecting liabilities for claims incurred but not reported. She served on a healthcare reform taskforce, and has provided consulting services to several states developing health benefits exchanges. Rebekah has worked extensively in pharmacy benefits including Retiree Drug Subsidy attestations, Medicare Advantage Part D bids, Part D star rating measure estimates, and Pharmacy Benefit Manager evaluations. For many years she has supervised actuarial exams for the Society of Actuaries. She has also spoken about actuarial careers as a representative of the Society of Actuaries. Rebekah is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She received her Bachelor of Arts with highest honors in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
